HOW DO I DOWNLOAD MY PURCHASED DIGITAL ARTWORKS?
You can download your files by clicking the link in the email you receive after completing your order. From there, you will be able to access and download your digital products from Desaigne.
WHAT FILE FORMATS AND SIZES ARE AVAILABLE?
Currently, our digital artworks are available as JPEGs in the following sizes:
- Medium: 6150 x 6150 pixels
- Large: 12300 x 12300 pixels
- Oversized: 24600 x 24600 pixels
Each size is provided at 300 PPI resolution, ensuring high quality for various uses.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I ENCOUNTER ISSUES DOWNLOADING MY FILES?

WHAT SOFTWARE DO I NEED TO OPEN AND USE THE DIGITAL FILES?
